    Terms of After-sale service:

    Mission: To protect the benefit of both sides, maintain long-term and win-win cooperation business relationship between seller and buyer, we promise to provide after-sales policy same as original factory.

    1. Please check the model, quantity, package, specification, etc. when receiving goods. If there is any discrepancy, please inform seller in 24hours. It will be regarded as no discrepancy of goods if over 24 hours.

    2. In warranty period (same as factory warranty time), Any quality problem, please provide PI Number, Item No., Anti-counterfeiting code, Video or pictures of the defective products. We will submit it to original factory and wait for their confirmation about 1-3 working days. If our company or original factory have it in stock, we will offer replacement about 1-3days.If no stock, need wait production, will take 7-30days according to different products. Replaced products will ship to customers in next order.

    3. If the sell out products have Anti-counterfeiting code, Serial Number, VIP number, Buyers should offer it then can apply to after-sale service. pls communicate with us when have not. Before selling, Pls remind your consumers to keep the Anti-counterfeiting code and other information.

    4. Warmly remind: Normally, original factory just replace defective components not full product, Pls keep same policy to consumer. we can not offer compensation if exceeded original factory policy .
